Laird Crump (Doctor of Ministry, Candidate)
Laird has a Bachelor of Theology, a Masters of Theological Studies and is currently completing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Tyndale Seminary. He specializes in pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, temperament analysis vocational direction, life balance and psycho-educational coaching. His emphasis is in pre-marriage and marriage counseling, clergy care, men’s counseling, general parenting issues, as well as helping parents deal with troubled teens.
Laird has been an ordained minister in the GTA for 25 years and as a result is very sensitive to the various emotional, relational and spiritual needs of people. He has also been involved in leadership development and has been an adjunct seminary professor.
For the last number of years Laird has been on staff with Focus on the Family Canada as the Director of Family Ministry. In that role he provides coaching and care for clergy as well as providing teaching and training in marriage and family related themes for church congregations, Para-church ministries and community groups.
Laird is married to a wonderful woman and together they enjoy their four fantastic kids.
